Welcome to VetJoy. These Terms of Use apply to all VetJoy products, including the Student Planner app, the Patient Case Log (app and notebooks), and digital PDF downloads. By using any VetJoy product, you agree to these terms.

What We Offer

VetJoy provides study, planning, and clinical documentation tools for veterinary students and professionals — through apps, physical notebooks, and digital downloads.

Accounts

If a product requires an account (like our apps), you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for any activity under your account.

App Purchases

Premium app features are sold through auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase, processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those stores handle billing, trials, renewals, and refunds according to their own policies — we don't have access to your payment details and can't issue refunds directly for app purchases.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal, through your Apple or Google account settings.

Physical Products

Notebook orders are processed through our online store. Pricing, shipping, and taxes are shown at checkout. Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition — contact us to start a return.

Digital Downloads

Digital PDFs are delivered by email upon purchase. Because they're delivered instantly, all digital sales are final except where required by law. Purchasing a download gives you a personal license to use it for your own study — you may not resell or share it.

Please Don't

• Use VetJoy products unlawfully or try to disrupt our systems
• Get around subscription or payment requirements
• Share app access or digital files with people who haven't purchased their own

Ownership

All VetJoy content — app content, notebook designs, digital materials — belongs to VetJoy. Don't copy or redistribute it without permission.

No Guarantees

VetJoy products are study and organizational tools, not a substitute for accredited veterinary education, clinical supervision, or licensure. We don't guarantee any specific academic or clinical outcome, and products are provided "as is."

Limits on Liability

To the extent allowed by law, VetJoy isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using our products.

Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continuing to use VetJoy after changes means you accept the update.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
